This is the named version of the map Adriano sent in September, for the two segments we suggested starting with: dental and chiropractic practices in Minnesota. Every practice is listed by name, with the person who signs for it and the title they gave. 1,945 of them name the owner or a partner, and 1,510 more name the president, the CEO or the treating dentist or chiropractor. It covers 3,962 practices, every name comes from a public federal record, and every row links to the record it came from. Yours to keep.
The two segments, by name
A practice here is one registered business. A group with several sites is one row, with its number of registered locations shown. 3 practices register as both dental and chiropractic and are counted in both rows below.
Dental practices
Every Minnesota dental practice with an active organization registration: general dentistry, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery and dental clinics. 1,796 of them register a single location, so for most of them the list names one person for one site. 20 are groups with five or more registered locations, and those are flagged in the list.
Who signs: the person named is the owner or a partner at 864 practices, the president or CEO at 412, and a dentist who gave a clinical title at 265. At 331 the person named is a manager, director or billing lead, and there the owner may be someone else.

Chiropractic practices
Minnesota chiropractic practices with an active organization registration. This is the most owner-run segment on the first map, and it shows: 2,020 of 2,050 register a single location, and only 1 has five or more.
Who signs: the owner or a partner at 1,081 practices, the president or CEO at 588, and a chiropractor who gave a clinical title at 245. A manager, director or billing lead is named at only 120.

A name is the start of the work, not the end of it. This list says who signs. It does not say whose website has not changed in years, who just added a second location, or who is running ads badly right now. Those are the practices worth a first message, and they are found by looking at each one.

Built from the NPPES NPI Registry, the public federal register of health care providers, read on 2 October 2026: the active organization registrations with a dental or chiropractic specialty at a Minnesota practice location. The person named for each practice is the authorized official on that registration, with the title they gave, which is a signature on a federal filing rather than an org chart. Where the official is a manager or a billing lead, the owner may be someone else. Each row shows when the registration was first made and last updated, and an older date can mean a practice that has since changed hands or closed, so check the practice before you write to it.
Read this as a floor. It lists practices that hold their own organization registration. A practitioner who works only under an individual registration does not appear. Each named official was also checked against the individual records in the same registry: at 3,088 of the 3,962 practices, the person named matches a Minnesota dentist or chiropractor record under the same name, marked "Clinician record" in the list. No match is not a warning, since an owner who is not a clinician will never match. Counties come from the US Census 2020 ZIP to county file, and the Twin Cities metro is the seven-county area in Minnesota Statutes section 473.121.
